Welcome new members! Thank you for joining NAGC in our mission to provide the resources and community you need to give gifted children the support they require to achieve their personal best.  Below you will find a list of the resources you can expect and opportunities to share your expertise or questions with the community.

Logging In

You received a temporary password in your membership confirmation email to use when accessing the member only content on the website. Click the LOGIN button above to sign in with your primary email and password. If you don't have it, contact Adriane Wiles.

Networks

Both communities and resources, Networks provide information about areas of interest within the gifted field.  You will receive topic articles, network updates from the network chair, and opportunities to volunteer (only if you want) for anything from proposal reviews to article writing. 

Members can join up to 3 for no extra cost. Use this link and sign up (you will be asked to login in and shop for memberships).

Publications

Gifted Child Quarterly--GCQ is the premier scholarly journal in gifted education. Login to GCQ from the NAGC webpage to access all the issues back to 1957. 

Parenting for High Potential--NAGC’s magazine for parents and caregivers of gifted children. You will receive issues quarterly, but you have e-access to all issues of PHP.

Teaching for High Potential-- is written for teachers of gifted children, THP provides practical guidance on educating gifted children in the classroom, whether its at school or at home. This publication is also mailed quarterly, but e-issues are available on the THP page of the website.

Archived Webinars

Past NAGC webinars are available to members. There are webinars for everyone and about every aspect of supporting gifted children.  Login in to the website and go to E-Learning to explore this resource.

Legislative Action Network

Join the LAN and receive updates about legislation and policy related to gifted education as well as calls for action when your help is needed.

Social Media

Blogs – We publish blogs about supporting gifted children from multiple perspectives. If you are interested in writing a blog, read the blog guidelines and contact Carolyn Kaye
