Michelle Swain, M.Ed. is the Director of Gifted and Advanced Academic Services for Round Rock ISD in Round Rock, Texas, where she oversees gifted education, Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, dual credit, and enrichment programs. An educator since 1993, Michelle’s experiences have included teacher, program facilitator, teacher trainer, guest lecturer, conference presenter, advocate, and director. Her focus is on ensuring children are challenged to their highest potential and teachers have the tools and skills to support student success.
