Cathleen Healy

Cathleen is a seasoned public relations and development professional with an expertise in education. Cathleen has worked at the federal, state, and district level having served as a special advisor to U.S. Education Secretary Rod Paige, Chief of Staff to Oregon’s Chief Education Officer, and Marketing Officer for Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS). Prior to M-DCPS, Cathleen served as Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing for USA Football, an organization created by the NFL and NFL Players Association. Early in her career, Cathleen was Director of Constituent Relations at the National Association of Partners in Education and Director of Communications at the Council for Basic Education.
