NAGC Congratulates 2022 Gifted Coordinator Award Recipients

The National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2022 NAGC Gifted Coordinator Award. Each year, the Association recognizes school district gifted coordinators or administrators who have made significant contributions to gifted students in their district. This year’s award recipients are:

  • Tracy Bednarick-Humes, Gifted Coordinator, Lindbergh Schools, St. Louis, Missouri
  • Amity Butler, Director of Accelerated Models and Programs, Northshore School District, Bothell, Washington
  • Cheryl Taliaferro, ASPIRE Academy District Liaison, Grapevine High School, Grapevine, Texas

“NAGC has a distinguished history of dedicated members who have committed themselves to advancing the field of gifted education and improving the outcomes for our gifted and talented children. I congratulate this talented group of gifted coordinators and administrators and look forward to recognizing their achievements during NAGC22 in Indianapolis,” said Dr. Lauri Kirsch, NAGC Board President.
